"Split releases do have a certain tradition at Sender Records. As the last one dates back a while already, it was time again to melt two of our current favorite tracks from two artists to one shapely 12" and bash it down the dancefloor's throat as tasty chow. We do not need a big introduction for our French and Berlin-based Bloody Mary after her Sender debut Apparence half a year ago, so elegant and gemmy did the tracks stand out between the weekly heap of new releases. With the support of Pan-Pot's Tassilo Ippenberger she delivers another minimal hit bubbling with bleeps and with loads of bass on the rips, while she also congenially fuses the new French touch with German minimal school. With Frankfurt-based Yapacc we welcome another freshman in the Sender family. As part of the Perlon project Narcotic Syntax, he turned live-jammed minimal-house in every direction you can think of, letting hearts beat higher. After two solo releases on Neuton Records, he lets off his more atmospheric side here. Piling drone over drone, he slowly but surely lets his Sender debut swell into a pumping techno-mover-deluxe you can hardly escape."
