, Watergate Records offer up a vinyl sampler, featuring the exclusive new material on the comp from the man himself, and remixes from
Voyeur
and
La Fleur
. First up is "Mama (feat.
Jerome Sydenham
)", which takes on a classic Kerri format of swinging rhythms, a cosseting chord sequence, jazz-tinged low-end and piano lines, and Sydenham's spoken-word vocal stylings. "Think of Something" ups the energy slightly with a gritty saw-wave bass hook, stabbing pad samples and an amalgamation of chopped and processed vocal snippets.
