The Karneval der Verpeilten is Berlin's techno-infused, open-air demonstration on World Peace Day, and this is its first representative compilation. Since 1999 on September's first Sunday, this carnival makes its annual rounds through various parks in Berlin, engaging and astonishing all with their colorful and rich presentation of the most dance-ready and liberating modern sounds available.
