Second volume of rhythm and blues and rock'n'roll/rockabilly songs from the '50s and '60s. These songs tended to show up whenever the late Cramps singer Lux Interior and his partner-in-crime Poison Ivy, both of them passionate record collectors, talked about their musical influences. Compiled and annotated by MOJO writer and Righteous Records label boss Dave Henderson, the 24 tracks on the double 10" are divided by record side into topics such as "Spooky Doo Wops and Insane Harmonies," " Angry Babes Getting Even," "Rumbling Rhythms and Wildcat Whistling," and "Chickens and Other Party Animals." All of them pretty wacky 'n' rockin'. The first-class artwork was done by Marc "King Low" Hegemann.
