The EP kicks off with the unrelenting and funky dub techno workout, "Dirt," its background white noise reverberating and ricocheting, creating an irresistible flow. Next is the sub-aquatic "Giant," with a wall of sound reminiscent of volcanic lava flowing downhill. "Swell" is a nod to Maurizio, but with a shoegazing feel that's as psychedelic as techno gets. Beat Pharmacy is the dubby and eclectic project of Brendon Moeller. Chugging along at 120bpm, underpinned by a thick sub-dub bass line and a modulating Maurizio-style synth chord arpeggio, "Pump" is a hypnotic slab of deep house. Swirling Rhodes keyboards and a slick piano riff counterpoint the swinging funk of the hi-hat groove. Stephen Hitchell aka Intrusion's remix is a warehouse-style DJ tool with a psychedelic keyboard hook. Bearweasel takes a similar approach, except with a more pronounced beat track, creating a trippy atmosphere.

Manaboo is the duo of Brendon Moeller and Shigeru Tanabu, whose guitar antics can be heard on many a Beat Pharmacy track.
