After blazing trails with his debut album Exits (ACRE 005CD/LP) and wowing the skeptical chat rooms with his all-hardware Boiler Room blow out, the North Country bit-smasher returns. The IIVA EP is a mini-album of experiments, re-animations and rebirths. Unlike its big brother Exits, IIVA sets an immediate agenda, drums burst through fizzing tape hiss and field recorded "found sounds" are given urgency and purpose.
