KEYSOUND RECORDINGS (UK)
is that rarest of entities within underground concentric circles: an artist with his own unmistakable sound. Dark, rolling, and percussive, Beneath reverently references the edgy experiments of dubstep pioneers
while building on the beat foundations of more recent underground house and UK funky artists. Features five original productions: "Prangin," "Wonz," "Blonde," "Illusion," and "Tribulation." Stripped back and ruff. Also features his remix of

NICHE 'N' BUMP (UK)
Beneath presents three tracks of "Anti-Masonic ritual music." "Strike a Pose" records evidence of an organ-harvesting program in the UK. Time is shifted by one half-phase, marked in a four-on-the-ceiling rhythm. For their remix of "Bellz,"
separated the master tapes using a magnet attached to a high-impact masonry device. Part of Beneath's original was synthesized from interference captured on a short-wave radio device. The signals, heard as a bell-tone when transposed, are supposed to originate from NATO's Airborne Early Warning and Control System (AWACS).
has been amassing support for his unique take on the 120-130 bpm tempo range with releases on Keysound and his own No Symbols imprint. Starting with a UK funky-inspired rhythmic backbone, Beneath moves things deep, dark, rolling and tribal with a sound palette that touches very much on the early aesthetic of dubstep circa 2003-2005. "Duty" is pure sonic warfare, condensed into 125 bpm and charged with system-punching weight. "Texers" continues the theme with a no-compromise approach and bags of attitude.
