"The band first came to prominence in 1972 with their first single 'Don't Turn Around', released on the indie Today label and which made #13 on the R&B charts. After two albums with Today, the band signed to Buddah Records for Feel It, an album described by music critic Andrew Hamilton as 'ranking as good or better than the previous two.' With help from such luminaries as Patrick Adams and ace arranger Tony Camillo, the album is heavy on the band's trademark ballads with cuts such as 'Your Eyes Say Goodbye' and 'Warm Inside' along with probably one of their best ever songs 'Will We Ever Come Together.'"
