"We are great fans of B2 tracks. We love the 'Purpur' track by BlackIsBeautiful on our third album so much that we decided to dedicate an entire remix to it! We asked BlackIsBeautiful about their desired remix artist. Their answer was SCSI-9 -- the legendary techno duo from Moscow. We (the label) wanted Einmusik from Hamburg. We were lucky: both liked our idea and delivered fabulous remixes that are now being released via 200. Max Pfisterer created a wonderful X-mas artwork on top of things. With red and gold and all that. The Purpur Remixes are our gift to all that have come along with us, helped and supported us during this first 200-year."
