OK, so the dramatic recitations in a Brian Blessed meets Byker stylee have dated a wee bit, but this is as amazing a forgotten gem as the 2 albums THEM made on Tower around the same time -- yep, that good! Indiscriminately veering from the brilliant to the banal, often in the space of the same song, Psychedelic Eric's vinyl adventures have always split critical opinion.
