"Fresh from the actual Dave DK album Lights and Colours here we have the first remix pack of it in the form of Volar, a collaboration between Dave and Alex Krüger aka Tigerskin. Dave asked his favorite producers and got quite a bunch of superstars on one record. Miss Jools from London delivered a super dope housey but still techy workout with stabby synths and an amazing snare which blows your mind away. Next up is Holger Zilske aka Smash TV, Dave's longtime production partner and drinkin' buddy, to show some of his analog love to 'Volar.' The arsenal never ends it seems when he unleashes one of his trademark Oberheim pad-attacks with enough chunky deepness to rock any club. Last but not least we get Mr. Sascha Funke to deliver his trademark deep but techy workout which lends a string part from another Dave DK album track, 'Stargazer' to full effect. To fill the pack we included the original 'Volar,' which sounds amazing on a big system with a pulsing bass and throbbin' synth stabs."
