Originally released in 2005. DJ Silversurfer aka Jiannis Slopis presents the mighty Parisis EP. Silversurfer's production is unremittingly loud and tight, and lead track "Unser" is no exception as Silversurfer drops an awesome slice of epic techno. On the flip, "Hereon" takes things deeper while the tension-filled "Parisis," which got its first airing on Damian Lazarus' Rebel Futurism 2, completes the EP in fine style. Very unique and very good.

This is a little taster of what you can expect from Silversurfer's debut album. Ace of Spades, which features co-production from Kiki, starts off with one of the most distinctive grooves you'll ever hear and just when you think you know what's happening, all the parts fall into a huge black hole. "Dirty Dishes" is almost a frequency test for your ears -- sharp and dragged-out bleeps and squeaks provide the melody for a very understated but heavy beat. Warped minimal madness.
