"Formed in 1971, Fruupp began recording in 1973 for Dawn records, a subsidiary label of Pye. An eclectic progressive rock combo responsible for a sort of early Genesis-like sound with huge folk and classical influences, due to the musical background of its members, like oboe/keyboard player Stephen Houston.
