Fuckpony is a new project that Berlin producer Jay Haze and Samim use to explore the outer limits of house music. Taking inspiration from old school, they drop "Ride The Pony," a vocal house track that celebrates the hedonistic lifestyle dance music offers. The production is clean, the sounds are clear, and the vocals a bit edgy. "Cell Phone Hit" is a more direct club track, tailor-made for dark basements. The seemingly unending vocal mantra is set to a trippy, repetitive rhythm. Finally, Haze and Samim return to minimal with "Schmoozin." Stripped back, warm building chords, and wild yelping will make it the ideal accompaniment to this summer's outdoor parties.

"It's Only Music" is the latest single taken from Fuckpony's debut album for Get Physical, Children Of Love. Although it has a modest title, the release sees Samim and Jay Haze sharing their deep love of house music with the listener. While the title track benefits from modern electronic production, it also looks back to classic house music, with dramatic, uplifting strings. "Body Movement" communicates a similar message, expressed through classic deep house and sweet, jazzy sounds set to the shuffling steely drums of Berlin. "Touch Me" is stripped back, with metallic rhythms that morph to reveal scary riffs and moody bass licks. Fuckpony reveal their hidden sweet sides and darker sounds.
