"Funki strikes back with two new tracks inspired by 60´s Zombie movies. From jungle fever to blood mania he presents an outstanding mixture of electronica and soundtrack music. An artist for the British label Ninja Tune, he has always been in love with soundtracks. Having composed several when he lived in Italy, he got in touch with Crippled Dick! for their Beat at Cinecitta series. Early this year they sent Funki a video tape of Zombie Flesheaters, THE zombie classic, and asked him to work on a draft for a new soundtrack to it. 'The Chase' reveals as a trip to the jungle hunted by zombies: having time to take a breath, passing various landscapes, etc. But in the end there´s no chance to escape. 'Zombie Parade' is the marching song for the undead themselves." Limited stock of this now deleted item.
