Their music comes from their heart (not from the mind), they play with soul, fierce power (can't still understand how such a minute woman can play tenor, not to say baritone sax so aggressively!?), they are angry, they are young, in their early 20s and their energy is so pure and crystalline, like a diamond. The first time we met in Dec. 2006 we immediately hit-off/tune in and strange magical coincidences happened since then... we're pretty close now, they are my pupils, they can't rest more then one week, they'd tour, play, confront themselves, start new groups: I had seen them live with at least 5 different groups, and not a single one disappoint me, on the contrary! I love their attitude, really Qbico's style: they speak straight to yr face, no faked smiles, no-art galleries/suck schools/conservatory up-types, they are real, they are natural! The stage & the road are their teachers and for their age they toured a lot already all over Europe... they also got a small but very promising label called Troglosound and by the same name they sign their artworks which are simply astonishing! Bobby Beausoleil saw one of their posters and wrote me saying it's one of the best he had ever seen in years.... here you can hear eight raw duets of spontaneous and free music played in complete nakedness; the future is theirs!"
