Since their humble beginnings in Kingston's Maxfield Park in the 1960s, The African Brothers (made up of legendary reggae singers Sugar Minott, Tony Tuff & Eric Bubbles), have been a group way ahead of their time. The African Brothers would go on to record some of the best reggae music of the 70s, 'Lead Us Father' and 'Righteous Kingdom' were both smash hits for the group. Fans of reggae music felt a terrible loss when the group separated in the late 70s, but were delighted when all three members launched their solo careers. African Brothers Meets King Tubby In Dub has been over 20 years in the making, and is yet another example that the group's music is timeless.
