Repress of these very scarce early Lindstrom 12" releases, on his own Feedelity label from Norway. "Finally, after more than 2 years, this first Feedelity-release gets a repress. Originally released in July 2003, and manufactured in 500 copies, these four tracks were sold only to a handful shops worldwide. However, most of the copies were given as promos to DJs & music-lovers. After Steve Kotey of the Chicken Lips was given a copy when in Oslo late 2003, the track 'Limitations' ended up on their DJ-Kicks compilation on !k7 early 2004. A few more compilations followed, and soon there was an increasing demand for the original 12"."

"These are old Lindstrom-tracks made 3 years ago, but slightly reworked for 2005: 'I Feel Space' -- This is an uptempo track which has been played and tested in clubs by several DJs over the years, and it never fails to deliver... Slow, flowing melody-lines on top of a discobeat and some very typical synthbass. Simple as a Boney M production, yet complex as a Can-track. 'Roma e6' -- Another melodic uptempo track, but more gay and summer-ish... Based on a chromatical piano-scale played up and down, the track first introduces the melody with the most typical DX-7 synths available, then the acoustic guitar. After the breakdown it gets stripped down leaving only the bass, drums and percussion together with the piano..."

"Two remixes by New York producer Brennan Green and Norwegian producers Mungolian Jetset. Mungolian Jetset treats the previously unreleased 'A Blast Of Loser' with mid-nineties drum-sounds, warped guitars and bluesy vocals. The result is an uptempo bastard of a remix which turns into epic proportions clocking in at almost 13 minutes. On the flip-side Brennan Green keeps some of the basic melodic elements from 'Pesto Og Kolera,' and adds a new bassline, some strange guitar-picking and lots of live-keys."

It takes time to practice & learn to play the banjo. Lindstrøm needed a year to make the simple banjo-lick used on The Contemporary Fix, the 9th Feedelity release. "Both Smalltown Supersound and Lindstrøm/Feedelity are from Norway and a mutual trust, respect and understanding led to this collaboration. Lindstrøm has obviously got many offers from record labels around the world, but he chose to stay independent and have control of his own music. Smalltown Supersound, on the other hand, found a soulmate in Lindstrøm and the perfect sound for the label in Lindstrøm's music. Lindstrøm fit perfectly with the label's electro/electronica/pop roster with artists such as Bjørn Torske, Tussle, 120 Days, Kim Hiorthøy, Toy, Lars Horntveth, Jaga Jazzist and Mental Overdrive, the core of the label being Norwegian electronic music. Lindstrøm's career took off after a string of critically-acclaimed 12" singles that alone started a movement the press later would call 'space disco.'
