"A former member of Krackhouse, denizen of NYC's downtown scene (particularly PS 122 and A Mica Bunker etc.) and crack (no, not head) ARP synthesizer player, Ostrowski has spent the last few years in Holland -- studying elektronik music at Utrecht and working as a freelance composer.
