A: 'Root Off All Evil' - This viney and roots monster tune uniquely ties UK dubstep beats with one of the original reggae veterans, Lone Ranger. Rouge's moving instrumental matches perfectly with the rolling lyrics of one of dancehall's originators. Big up to Ire Hi-Fi for licensing the vocal on this one. Mary Anne Hobbs: 'this is such a bad man tune.' B1: 'Big Up from Sheff' - The smooth flow of the A-side is dramatically contrasted by this edgy, raspy track. With vocals sampled direct from the streets of Sheff, this warbling stormer is a dancefloor filler and killer.
