"Pianist, percussionist and composer Mick Rossi is known for his diverse and progressive work in the New York music scene. Other recordings include They Have A Word For Everything (Knitting Factory) and One Block From Planet Earth (OmniTone). Rossi was also nominated for a Grammy in 1998. His ninth recording, Songs From The Broken Land, is a collection of compositions and improvisations for solo piano.
