Akihabara
EP is the debut of Trial & Error on AYCB. The Trial and Error principle describes a heuristic method to solve problems. A method of reaching a correct solution or satisfactory result by trying out various means or theories until error is sufficiently eradicated. Trial And Error devolved this method to their studio work, meaning they screw their analog boxes until it rocks! Akihabara 'the electric town' (Denkigai) is a town full of machines in the middle of Tokyo thus the paradise. That's why Trial & Error chose this name for their first EP. 'Sukiyaki' is an electronic hotpot out of Roland Tr 808, Arp Odyssey and Elektron Machinedrum. 'Tonkatsu' is a technoid 'schnitzel' out of Devilfish (TB 303 mod), with a bowl of Korg MS-20 and a Tr 808 & Machinedrum mixed salad. Et voilą, Bon appetit!"
