"Gris Anthemo, on the colorful label from Madrid moves the body, stimulating the most powerful sexual organ: the brain. "Collage is the debut for Madrid's Alex Under on Plus 8, delivering a sound that is complimented exactly by its title. "Alex Under returns after his Trapez album with a big two- track slammer, fusing the Spanish rhythm and flavor that makes him so special to the post techno hemisphere. 'El Diluvio Azul' is an electric rhythm monster, which glows through its polyrhythmic patterns with tiny but shiny melody-notations connected with them as tight as only atoms can be attracted to each other. The track reminds a bit of Jeff Samuels 'Knob' but adds the Mediterranean love for this special groove that only Alex Under controls. 'El Diluvio Azul' docks on to Under's LP but strides even straighter towards the dance floor, sucking in emotions there and so wins in size continuous. Alex Under's 5th release on Trapez, 1,2,3, Responda O Trapez marks a difference in sound and design. The A-side track is a jolly groovy uplifting funkateer with acoustic sounds popping in and out to give it a cool breathing aura. "Trapezones Erectos" on the flipside is an alert techno monster that is based on a modulating alarm signal sound, micro melodies that are sped up, leading up to a crazy sequence in the last third of the track. "Otra Pezera" is a cool rhythmic track with voices and sounds from public places. It flows into a heavy, sequenced bassline and gives the DJ an opportunity to be creative.
