"Perhaps better known for their later albums Theraphosa Blondi and the classic I Spider (both available on Esoteric Recordings), Fully Interlocking was the debut album by the band, prior to their transformation into a fully fledged progressive outfit. First released in 1968, the record has been described as having 'a tint of '60s psychedelia with jazz-influences and a few early progressive tendencies.' Fronted by American vocalist John L. Watson, the album receives its first CD release on Esoteric."

"It all started back in 1967 when the musicians Lennie Wright, Kenny Beveridge, Tom Harris, Tony Edwards and John Eaton moved to London and started a band they gave a rather hopeless name: John L. Watson and The Web. Watson was an American singer who had joined the band. The year after, the band wisely changed their name to just The Web, and recorded their first album called Fully Interlocking. This is the follow-up Theraphosa Blondi and has some greatly listenable moments, showing a band deep into the current of post-pop progressive rock music." 180 gram virgin vinyl, limited edition of 1000 copies.
