This time with picture of Robag Wruhme gracing the cover of the Milnormodern.002, he provides us with his tracks 'Jena Makks', 'Minatsmoten' and 'Esmaralda oing' for an unforgettable dance experience through the turn of the year. Title: Wuzzelbud KK
Label: MUSIK KRAUSE (GERMANY)
Format: CD
Price: $15.50
Catalog #: MKR 001CD
Wuzzelbud KK is the first Musik Krause release for German electronic artist Gabor Schablizki, aka Robag Wruhme (Beefcake, Wighnomy Brothers) from 2004, now officially re-released in the U.S. The Wruhme universe manages with a wink to equip a whole sound universe, somewhere in the realm of Perlon and Herbert Manier. A completely unique, forceful techno-minimal house with substantial volume, twists, tension, longing and bass felt throughout the body, along with distinctive samples bringing both listeners and dancers under his spell. For the first track, Mr. Robag uses a melody which has been ghosting about on some data medium since 1996. Constructed perhaps for the electronic project Beefcake, the melody has subsequently been refined from the old and adapted for the new. Especially glossy, without sacrificing the identify of the album, is the track "K.T.B." ("Kick This Braunhaufen"). And why pay so much money for Erykah Badu when in Germany you have vocalist Dehlia, whose voice blossoms next to jazz-besprinkled beats. Wuzzelbud KK is an extensive table full of gifts, embellished with fine electronic ingredients, full of kicking beats, homogeneity, wit and charm. Beats for your neck and limbs, sounds for the heart, sounds for the head. It is simply demanding electronic music which is taken home from the club -- straightforward digital Frickelfunk -- body-rock for peace and laughter.

Title: The Lost Archive 1998-2007
Label: MUSIK KRAUSE (GERMANY)
Format: CD
Price: $10.00
Catalog #: MKR 002CD
This is the second solo release on the Musik Krause label for German electronic artist, Robag Wruhme (Gabor Schablizki, Beefcake, Wighnomy Brothers). For Robag, spring cleaning revealed some critical gems on his desk and in his computer and skull. If that which essentially was on its way to rot, now sounds as if in fact there is purpose, he figured it was about time to release the fruits of labors past and future in the form of a CD EP. This release has also been enriched with a pair of fitting tracks which appeared on some previously-released vinyl records. The Lost Archive is a small collection of 9 greats, manifested from Robag's own script and recollections without the genre being evangelized.

Price: $10.00
Catalog #: MKR 011EP
"He only touches his electronic toys, when his appetite craves artful noisemaking. With the teaser tracks 'Quetsche' and 'Konkklusiv', which are not included with the Robag Wruhme album, what you don't find on the album comes out here. 'Wuzzelbud "KK"' starts off in classic Chicago jack-style and is driven by a break and female voice sample through an intense, shuffling beat. Which, through superimposed, discordantly shining, psycho bass sounds, are refined through renewed breaks and echo sounds. The track is brought to an end through a booming bass line. 'Quetsche' is a trip to the center of the earth with a dancing sir capitan Wruhme at the helm. Or, perhaps cosmic 'Winnetou-house', which shows us where we all come from and eventually all must go until Manitou takes us to his kingdom. 'Konkklusiv' is the bending of minimal house taken from the harmonically experimental pages of Warp and Morr Music. A discreet bass line, and playful hi-hat are carry you gently on the surface, showing you how large the ocean is."

Title: Wortkabular Rmx
Label: MUSIK KRAUSE (GERMANY)
Format: 12"
Price: $10.00
Catalog #: MKR 014EP
"The truest place in the world is the dance floor, it never lies. And it definitely doesn't with these two 9-minute dance floor ditties. At the most it may betray the body its inertia. The remix, brought to you via Switzerland by way of the Chilean New Prussian Luciano, slides into the ears of dance-happy folk right now. Luciano plays his own favourites of mixed sets from Silberling. Now it finally appears in black grooved vinyl. The other side belongs to the remix from Tobi Neumann, who with the help of his daughter and Richard Wolfsdorf (okay now, apply yourself a little bit, you know who this is!) put some spring into the super balls underneath each jitterbug. The littlest one brings the alphabet into the clubs, where the smokers are tested as to whether they can catch the stammering expressions."

Title: Papp-Tonikk EP
Label: MUSIK KRAUSE (GERMANY)
Format: 12"
Price: $10.00
Catalog #: MKR 019EP
The 19th release from Musik Krause is the Wruhme-esque attack against slushy snow, drizzle, winter depression and glazed frost. "Papp-tonikk"'s loudness detonates with a salacious feeling. The very essence of techno. "Pontifekks" is IDM frivolity with mini-electronica-break massacre noises that sweep through bacchanal dream sequences. "Ikke's Schlonze" finds a little jazz strewn along the shoulder on the main techno thoroughfare. "Hamburg 03.07.06" is ambient and caressing. All that remains is the open road and an old V-dub from Oldenburg to Holzminden.

Robag Wruhme recently decided to reorganize his top shelf and found a few gems up there. With these finds, his residence is an independent state somewhere between the dream and awake; and here, as in the rest of the world, he is a master of the digital sense. Here are six odes officially freshened up and grooved in vinyl, crafted for true romantics and real live-groove favorers who want to be found in the bright lights of the night.

"Gabor Schablitzki aka Robag Wruhme. What more can be said of this man responsible for lighting dance-floors and minds on fire for the better part of 2004. The twisted, funky legend from Jena is back, and this time he's delivering 3 tracks of cut up, hypnotic funk like never before. Coming at you faster than Vodka fireball, is the Stekkrueben EP. This is Robag Wruhme's dark winter magic. Smooth hypnotic sequences and trademark Robag edits, jerk and jostle you through micro cuts and dark dubs until you slip deep into the hidden groove."
