"Amenti Suncrown are an international trio who work together almost exclusively over the Internet. Between August 2000 & January 2001 Amenti Suncrown members Russell Goodwin, J.Paul Morton & Gary A. Ayres exchanged and remixed audio files online, culminating in their full-length release, Zenith Pitch. Zenith Pitch has generated an enthusiastic response to all who have listened to it, winning over such luminaries as Rose McDowall, Jon Balance & David Tibet. Described as a dark and ghost-filled album, this electronic assemblage of sounds moves freely between pulsating rhythms and meditative calm, using field recordings, alienated vocal fragments, and acoustic melodies.
