"A video about Detroit culture and the history of rock (mainly MC5/Stooges/Up, etc.). It was produced for an installation at the Museum Booijman's in Rotterdam.. There are texts by Destroy All Monsters, The MC5, John Sinclair, Iggy Pop, Nico, and DeSade among others. Scenes of early Detroit children's and horror television hosts are mixed with the history of Detroit rock 'n' roll which is told by it's 'survivors' and then re-enacted by today's Goth Youth. The video sites include: The Heidelburg Project (an inner city folk-art project by artist Tyree Guyton), The Diego Rivera Industry frescos at the Detroit Institute of Arts, Zug Island (the most toxic site in North America), the annual Hash Bash of Ann Arbor, Goth clubs and a cemetery. There is an original DAM soundtrack and narration by the infamous Detroit DJ: The Electrifying Mojo (who is credited with inspiring the Techno movement)." Limites stock.
