"Moolono.Bass is known as a part of the legendary Kombinat 100 quartett and also label head of the fresh founded Acker Records where he has released his debut EP Linstow EP at the end of 2006. "On this 12th Ostwind release we present the duo Elektrodrei aka Tuettchips (Marco Thull) and Tom Hoax (Thomas Losch) from Bonn. Tuettchips is known from his track 'Earbeat' on the first Ostwind Limited release, which was played by Monkey Mafia (Wignomy Brothers), Daniel Bell (DBX) and Holger Nielson (Kiddaz) to name a few. 'Enotype' on the A-side has an ultraphat groovin' bass line which reminds of the legendary 'Flat Beat' song. "Negen is our ninth output on Ostwind Limited and we are proud to present two new artists on the A-side, Nicolas Duvoisin and Olivier Kolly, young producers under the name Plastic FM. In summer 2008, they decided to introduce this collaboration only for live sets and productions. They conciliate minimal grooves with the strong taste of techno. Also here on Negen, 'Justice For Another World' has a strong, forward-thinking groove which rolls through the whole track. Styled up with a great deep Detroit-ish hookline and nice, pushing breaks with darker vocals, this tune is a sure shot for lovers of deep pumpin' timeless techno music!
