"For all people living on earth and not possessing those machines to reproduce vinyl Plong! decided to release the Dust Sucker album on CD including most of their tracks released on all EPs released on Plong! Growing up in Berlin, 'le dust sucker' cultivated life long friendship with dust on vinyl and bad habits. Markus Schöbel and Fabian Grobe first met in 1996 and founded le dust sucker after a foregoing time of producing at their own. Fabian brought his hip hop influences and DJ experiences from a stay in New York and Markus brought his distaste for dust. Her first release was a tape called The New York Sessions. It was followed by two releases on USS - Cuts: the Kaufhaus Schrill EP and Salience EP. Also in 2000 le dust sucker got in touch with the German film-maker Mathias Glasner and provided 'Driller' from the New York sessions tape to the film Fandango. In 2001 they spiritually met Afrika Bambaataa and did two remixes for da Funky Heroes on Mantra Vibes / Expanded Music. Sometime later they did another remix of Funky Heroes for acetate / England. After an EP on Styles Kickin' and the 'Lick, Lick' and 'Love Me' EP on German label Plong! and appearances on a lot of mix CDs and remixes on Carbon / England, they presented on Plong! their first album with complete new material. Sucked stuff from the dust of music history. Heavy disco, wicked samples."

"Le Dust Sucker are Markus Schöbel and Fabian Grobe from Berlin, Germany. After DJ experiences and a long time producing on their own, they founded Le Dust Sucker in 1996. Beside remixes for Africa Bambaataa's 'Funky Heroes ' on Mantra Vibes, 'Keine Bewegung Berlin' on Styles Kickin' and several releases with sucked stuff from the dust of music history, they are also producing their video tapes on their own. In 2003 they started releasing on the Cologne-based label Plong! and 'Mandate My Ass' and 'Love Me' have been some of the hits in the year. 2004 has been followed by a vinyl album, a CD and the Meanboy/Meangirl EP and remixes. Bleed wrote in DE:BUG about 'Love Me': 'one of the most smashing hits of the year -- very cool.' Tobias Thomas in Spex about 'Mandate My Ass ': '12" of the month -- it could be a quiet tip -- and sold a million times.' The release of the album was followed by interviews in a lot of magazines. Their tracks appeared on some of the most important compilations in the year 2004 and 2005 like Fabric 13 - Michael Mayer, Crosstown Rebels - Rebelfuturism, Headman - Dance Modern, Tobias Thomas - Smallville, Mond Club - Selection, Boris Dlugosch - Bionic Breaks, Ministry of Sound - Clubbers Guide to Ibiza and many more. This is Le Dust Sucker's second album. After mandating their asses the two mean boys from Berlin retired from active life for some time in order to search for throbbing basslines, pounding beats and groovy outfits. Bleep! Here it is, it is not about politics, it is about love, life and imaginary flashbacks: ten tracks, crossing borders of isolated dancefloors, full of drunken drums, smoked strings and chemical reactions. "Anders Ilar is domiciled in Gothenburg / Sweden. 'Rendthree' is his third release on Plong!. He early starts handling with electronic equipment. "Karri Ojanen who hails from Helsinki, Finland started 1992 on a pair of Commodore Amigas producing music and DJing. "Yard is a project by Chris Jones/Chicago. He hails from the dark woods of Portland, Oregon. Brought up in the shadow of the northwest forest and transplanted to the urban 4/4 of Chicago's underground techno scene, Yard's gritty techno evokes gnarled city life to organic atmospheres. "'Missing' is a track from the new album The Cold In Between by Anders Ilar / Sweden, released on Plong! In autumn 2006, added with two remixes by Anders Ilar and Bern / France, whose name sounds like the Suisse city, but is just a short version of his second name: Laurent Bernonville. Anders stripped the original completely and rebuilds it with a mighty bassline where Bern starts with bassline and bass drum with the original parts in the background. The atmosphere of his mix is close to the original and makes you feel like flying over the glimmering surface of an imaginary planet."

"Dibaba is a project by the Swedish artist Olle Cornéer from Stockholm. He is also the voice on Tomas Andersson's release on Bpitch. After several releases on labels like Pias/England and International DJ Gigolos, this is his first release on Plong!. Sometimes when he doesn't like to listen only to electronic music, he listens to Nico and sometimes he loves banging tracks about 130 bpm. And there is also his love for Dadaism which could be found in his name and titles which suggest that there is more within it all. Anders Ilar, who did remixes for Le Dust Sucker and Apparat, takes the original A-side and puts some frog sound samples out of his garden pond and all else he likes in it."
