During this period, the Belfast-born guitar virtuoso Gary Moore (best known for his work in Thin Lizzy) had returned to his first love, the blues. Dubbed one of the best blues rock guitarists of all time -- on par with legends like Clapton and Hendrix -- Moore can be heard here playing tracks by different American and British bluesmen, along with several by his mentor, Peter Green of Fleetwood Mac.
