Our search for original rare grooves and danceable jazz for our Revisited 12" series has led to a fascinating new "old" gem: "Geisha" from the legendary Missus Beastly, which was formed in 1968 as one of the first German Kraut jazz bands. "Geisha" is a beautiful instrumental rare-fusion hymn, driven by an impressively original, solid drum and bass rhythm structure, with a gentle breeze of Asia-influenced moody flutes. Meitz (Sonarkollektiv) supplies the dancefloor update.
