Man Power and Peter Wilson present the second release on LBL, their label dedicated to music that makes them want to dance. Ste Spandex (Red Laser Disco) shows his darker side with the relentless chugging and crunchy beat of "Oh," recorded on VHS tape. Scenery founder Asok delivers "Gridrunner," a classical yet off-kilter jolt of excitement. Former record shop owner Causa (Joe Lucas) presents "Seven," a dark and druggy slab of deepness. Colours in Waves' "Conservation of Momentum" is equal parts techno, house, and -- dare we say -- trance and prog; huge, but never overblown. Limited to 300 copies.
