GENERAL INFORMATION

We hope to upload our entire database to this web site twice a week, adding all new releases & deleting any titles that are no longer available.

We attempt to maintain a constant stock in our warehouse of all items listed on this web site. While there are always titles that are temporarily out of stock, or become permanently unavailable unexpectedly, the great majority of titles listed are currently in stock. You can use the comments section on the order form to list any alternates in the event that you order something that is out of stock.

Our entire catalog can be browsed online in order by label or artist. New releases can be viewed here. The catalog can also be searched by artist, label, title, or keyword (any word you choose that might appear in the artist name, label, title, format, description. ie: 7", video, hose, etc.)

If you'd prefer to view our entire catalog offline, you can download it as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file. Weighing over 2 MB, our 250 page printable mailorder catalog is organised by label and indexed by artist.

We also offer weekly mailorder updates via email to announce new titles in stock.

ORDERING

The easiest way to order is by using our online shopping basket. Simply click on the blue "ORDER" button, and the item will be added to your shopping basket. We offer a secure order form and non-secure order form.
Our order system will automatically send you confirmation of your web placed order. When your order has shipped, we will send you personal email to let you know.

PAYMENT

The easiest way to pay for your order is by credit card on the order form. If you do not have a credit card, we can accept payment by check, money order, or (at your risk only) US$ cash. Simply fill out the on screen order form, print it, and mail it to us: FORCED EXPOSURE, 219 Medford Street, Malden, MA 02148 USA.
You can also fax a completed order form to us with your credit card info. Our fax number is 781 321 0321. Sorry, but we are not able to take orders by phone.

SHIPPING

Orders in the USA will be shipped by UPS ground, with a flat fee of $4.50 per order (any size) added to your total charge. A street address is required for daytime UPS delivery. Full insurance is automatically included for all orders sent by UPS. We also offer domestic shipping alternatives .

Orders sent outside the USA will be shipped via airmail unless otherwise requested. Postage will be charged to your credit card based on the actual cost of sending the box. More information about foreign shipping is available here .

PROBLEMS

If you are having problems using the shopping basket, chances are that you need to change your browser preferences to accept cookies. Cookies will retain your shopping basket and your shipping and billing info as well as your email address. Cookies _will not_ retain your payment/credit card information!

If you receive a message when placing an order that "Site Certificate has expired", you need to upgrade your browser to a more current version. This is not a security issue - it is a browser incompatibility problem.

If your order is being shipped UPS domestically and you have not received your order within 7 business days of receiving shipment confirmation, we can track your order for you. If you have any other problems/questions/concerns, you can email us.
