2018 repress. Music From Memory present a 12" of the little known UK band The System, a project masterminded by Bob Lamb (producer of Duran Duran, UB40). In Bob Lamb's studio, the four members of The System set out to make a pop record very much driven by the new possibilities of technology and developments within studio recording. With instrumental tracks "Vampirella", sounding almost prophetic of Detroit techno tracks and "Pendy! You're In Some Awful Danger" a vaporous synth excursion and anthemic drum-heavy vocal track "Almost Grown", this 12" also features the unreleased "Find It In Your Eyes".

Frank Music presents the very first vinyl release of Monsieur Ralph (aka Flabaire from Collectif D.ko) on the machines and Monsieur Larry on the mic. They got it all: The French Touch. The Sweetness. The Song. The Beauty. The Fun. The House. The Pop. The Machines. The Dance. The Happiness. Da Funk. "Day by Day" is no-nonsense piano vocal house. Made for peak-time use and hands-up happiness. "Back to You" is more on the mellow tip. "Need You So" even offers a little guitar solo, and Iron Curtis twists it into some modern cosmic XTC, starring a monster bass line.
