Sunbeam Records presents the fullest-ever edition of the post-Blossom Toes classic Workers' Playtime from B.B. Blunder, including an extra CD of bonus tracks. Following a nasty car crash en route home from a gig in December 1969, UK psych heroes Blossom Toes decided to split. Having backed Julie Driscoll at a handful of gigs in early 1970, guitar wizard "Little" Brian Godding and ace bassist "Big" Brian Belshaw decided to keep playing together, and added former bandmate Kevin Westlake to form B.B. Blunder. Described as "psycho-rock" in the contemporary press, the remarkable album they made over the ensuing months is presented here in its fullest-ever version, including a full bonus disc of previously-unreleased out-takes, guest appearances by Driscoll, Mick Taylor, Brian Auger and others, and a packed booklet featuring detailed historical notes, rare photos and an introduction from Godding himself.

"Often regarded as Blossom Toes 3rd LP, this is the most underrated album of the early '70s (1971). So, it was not really a surprise, that the first re-release of the album on vinyl (on Decal) in 1989 was credited to Blossom Toes '70. Brian Godding, Brian Belshaw and Kevin Westlake showed again their great talent to create songs beside the mainstream but always melodious and with clever lyrics. Great guitar work by Brian Godding and impressive vocals dominate the music. A lot of guest musicians supported the band, among others: Julie Driscoll, Mick Taylor. Released for the first time on CD, the album was digitally remastered and appears in a brilliant sound. It also comes with a comprehensive booklet including full band story, lyrics and photos never seen before, plus two bonus tracks."
