"Five Green Circle is Dublin based electronic musician Donal Tierney. He started his music career playing guitar in various bands ranging from punk/metal to new romantic/synth pop. As Donnacha Costello, he started producing for D1 recordings in Dublin and has been championed by many international names as Laurent Garnier and Akufen to name just a few. He regularly performs live at D1's weekly club night Model One. 'Text XXX' appeared in a different mastered version on the Interkontinental 3 (CD version) under the name of Donal Tierney and appears here for the first time on vinyl. It is a fine blend of microhouse and cut ups, smooth and warm-soulful. 'Scream' is a 'Stakkato-samplemania' techno burner and be a true post-Detroit techno tune."
