2014 release. Saxophonist Sean Khan is the band leader of the cult soul/ jazz outfit SK Radicals. For Sean Khan's second album on Far Out Recordings, Muriel (FARO 187CD, 2015), this four track 12" release features remixes from 4 Hero and Nicola Conte. 4 Hero's re-work "Don't Let The Sun Go Down" is a delicately crafted downtempo number, which tames the original somewhat with club focused intentions. Nicola Conte's remix of "There Is Something New" provides a darker take on Khan's unique blend of jazz - a bouncy 4/4 house beat skips along beneath contemplative, whirring Rhodes.
