Tango Que Me Hiciste Mal... is the sought-after first album by the Uruguayan rock band Los Estómagos. It was one of the main groups in the post-dictatorship Uruguayan rock scene. This album broke all the molds and it is considered to be a cult record, an indispensable experimental album to understand everything that came after in the continent. Los Estómagos' debut album, released in Uruguay in 1985, is a very personal take on post-punk and darkwave. Exuding teenage angst, Tango Que Me Hiciste Mal... has ties with the sound of bands like Joy Division, Soft Cell or Bauhaus, but shows a unique personality and an unmistakable South American touch. 180 gram vinyl; includes booklet.
