Los Pops, from Mallorca, were one of the truly great, indisputable Spanish garage bands. Conclusive proof of this is found in the three amazing EPs that form their short discography, in which the Manacor-based band proved themselves the equals of any of the local stars of the scene. In spite of poor sales, their debut release was a call to arms among Spanish aficionados and included their original "No, No, No" and three cover versions of current hits by The Animals, Herman's Hermits and The Cyrkle. "No, No, No" stands out no just as the best song in Los Pops' repertoire but also as one of the most interesting Spanish nuggets recorded at the time and one of the most sought-after garage records by collectors worldwide. "Te Esperaba" is probably one of the most powerful ever recorded of "CC Rider", one of the greatest songs of the 20th century, and surely it was too wild for the standards required by those six-to-eight hour sets at Palma's Big Apple club where The Pops would play regularly. Reissued on 7" vinyl for the first time.
