"Swiss producer Rob Insinna of celebrated Headman guise is a true 21st century Renaissance man. As well as producing his own work, he has made awesome remixes for the likes of Franz Ferdinand, Annie and Mylo have defined 2004. He is a fantastic DJ (check his recent Dance Modern mix for Eskimo) and an esteemed artist (designs his CD artwork, as well having sold his paintings in London's ever-so-chic Brown Focus). Unlike Headman, Manhead is designed to be more poppy, more electronic. The single 'Doop' was licensed by Playgroup's Trevor Jackson for his first Output label compilation. It became apparent that Robi was creating more moments of magic leading to the creation of the self titled Manhead album."
