Pattern Repeat ready the next release on their self-titled label with two solid cuts of techno. The project which was started back in 2009 by the two Danish producers, Dennis Bøg (Resoe) and Kenneth Christiansen, owner of Echocord Records. A crawling filtered synth opens "9A", murky kick drums and syncopated high-hats join it, to create a long winding warehouse melody, these are then exchanged for the hazy sounds of white noise of "9B" packed with cold eerie drones, that are met by charged hums that fizz away and bring the release to a close.

Kenneth Christiansen and Dennis Bøg aka Resoe return with two very powerful techno tracks, full of heavy chords and dubby elements. Christiansen is the founder of Echocord and Echocord Colour, while Bøg is known for his Baum label and his releases as Resoe. This album is a compilation of previously-released tracks, which so far have only been available digitally and on vinyl. All the tracks are taken from the Pattern Repeat label, except for two early tracks which were released on Echocord Colour. Kenneth also runs the Echocord and Echocord Colour labels, and Dennis is known from his Baum label, and his Resoe releases. It's all about dub-techno, here, but with a heavy metallic sound that defines the Pattern Repeat project.

The A-side is a moody, dark track with a deep, hypnotic, almost nightmarish kind of groove, with an old school kind of atmosphere. The B-side gets hard straight from the beginning of the track with a pounding, almost industrial kick-drum that builds from a minimal groove that really will kill the club's PA system. On red vinyl.

Pattern Repeat is back with another two tracks on their own label. Both Kenneth & Resoe present some raw, dirty, dub-infected grooves, starting off right away with the dub elements intact. After a short break, a hypnotic atmosphere kicks off in best Pattern Repeat style. The B-side starts slowly with an almost Alfred Hitchcock kind of atmosphere, with a dull kick underneath.
