Club Excursionista de l'Electrònica discovers a new trail, this time featuring British producer Pliny aka James Welsh. Countdown EP is the third release from C.E.E. and comprises four powerful and energetic tracks. The EP was produced almost in its entirety using instruments and hardware effects, a process in which distortion and purest 303 acid lines form the fundamental elements of its structure. Welsh's method of manipulating sound can blend house, old-school hardcore, techno and even IDM, within the same track. Welsh's new Pliny pseudonym has allowed him to explore his more melodic inclinations, while remaining attentive to dance floor needs.
