Prompt has been producing electronic music since the mid-'90s and during this time has made a string of outstanding EPs, some of which have even won awards. His debut EP on Highgrade set the tone for his convincing mix of sound design and subtle hooks. On Sharing Sounds it's all about deepness expressed through dense, loopy forests and deep, broken valleys. Few other techno producers have such a distinctive style or unique voice.

Manuel Fernandez Llorente releases his first tracks on Highgrade. At first, "Addiction" unspectacularly plods towards house heaven, but then the sparse vocals and timeless organ gives you a warm, soft electro-shock. "The Gull" shows off Prompt's talents as a composer with a discreet melody that blankets the straight beat, taking away the coldness of the bass. "Mechanic" is a journey into minimal techno country -- a single drum beat here, a voice there, all meticulously-arranged to create the perfect atmosphere.
