Still House Plants are a Glasgow and London-based three-piece collective made up of guitarist Finlay Clark, drummer David Kennedy, and vocalist Jessica Hickie-Kallenbach. Their focus is on dissolving the boundaries between what constitutes music and art through collaboration and experimentation. Their work has been featured in Wire magazine as well as having received international airplay on NTS radio and BBC Radio 3. The trio have undertaken residencies at CCA (Glasgow), The Pipe Factory (Glasgow), Cafe OTO (London w/ Jerwood Arts) as well as having performed internationally at Empty Gallery (Hong Kong), Santiago, Hyperlocal festival (Buenos Aires w/ NTS and British Council) as well as extensively across Europe. 2020 would have seen the trio perform at CANICAS (Oaxaca), Counterflows (Glasgow, as Featured Artists), Gavin Brown?s Enterprise (NYC w/ Blank Forms), and Tokyo (w/ 33-33/MODE and British Council), however, these performances have been postponed due to COVID-19.
