Looking for Mushrooms comes from a collaboration between Tigerskin and gifted jazz pianist and composer Grambow. The title track features Das Eb and builds intensity with Tigerskin's steady percussive instrumentation and Grambow's gritty synth growls. "Tsukiji" is a playful deep house groover. Balmy tuned percussion and shaken highs roll along under the light hearted piano cruise along this tropical endeavor. "Octocat" is a tougher Italo disco tainted workout, tightly programmed live and analog percussive elements with wailing keys lick over a tenacious grunting bass. "Red Fox" glides and glistens via delicate piano, plucky percussive riffs, bright strings and woodwinds.
