American psych beach pop band's reissue of their sold-out third album released in 2013. Channeling the spirit of the beach from radio waves echoing throughout space, Triptides began in the bohemian basements of Bloomington, Indiana in 2010, where Glenn Brigman and Josh Menashe shared ideas and influences before evolving to craft a complex yet cohesive range of lush, "psychedelic beach-pop" sounds. Originally released in 2013 (Stroll On Records), Predictions is Triptides' third album. Taking production quality to a whole other level, it's their first professional studio recorded album evolving from home-made lo-fi production on Tascam 8-track cassette recorders. The snappy surf pop of the band's previous album has been replaced by tales of heartache alloyed with upbeat, exhilarating guitar pop a la The Byrds and their venerated lineage (Teenage Fanclub, Allah-Las, Temples). Predictions is another step closer to the west coast where they'll relocate later, then becoming one of the most important Los Angeles psychedelic pop bands. As part of Triptides' back catalog reissue series, Predictions has been carefully remixed, remastered, and repackaged. New cover art and packaging. For fans of The Byrds, Real Estate, Cleaners From Venus, Temples, Allah-Las, Teenage Fanclub, Mild High Club, Beechwood Sparks, Left Banke, The Soundcarriers, Levitation Room, Rain Parade. 180 gram green vinyl.

Reissue of Triptides' Azur, originally released in 2015. Deluxe reedition of American indie psych-pop/surf rock band's fourth album. Blue, green and yellow 180 gram vinyl. Recorded in Bloomington, Indiana, before Triptides' relocation to Los Angeles and while their members were in college, the band's fourth album Azur released in 2015 evokes the fantasied landscapes of the Golden State with his long surf-friendly beaches of hot sand. This album is perfect for a hot and relaxed summer under the late sun. While properly settled in his contemporary indie-pop soundtrack, it also paved the band's way for a more sixties-influenced music. Azur remains one of their most accomplished work, a fan favorite that includes their hit single "Wake". For fans of Beach Fossils, The Beach Boys, Real Estate, Mac DeMarco, Tame Impala, Temples, Cleaners From Venus, Hoops, Sugar Candy Mountain. Edition to 500.
