LNZ 028EP

"Chris Wood & Frank Leicher present there next EP on levelNONzero called: Moving Out. The main track is a straight house mover with nice percussions and vocal samples. Play it loud and see the crowd go crazy on the dancefloor. On the flip, the shooting star of the moment (Groove charts Place one), Robert Dietz, did a fantastic remix in his typical groovy stile, with a massive break to see all the hands up in the air."

LNZ 022EP

"After their first and -- all over Germany -- well acclaimed deep house production Geisha, released on the limited LNZ 20 edition, Chris Wood and Frank Leicher now come up with a complete 3-tracker. With this accordingly titled Two Of Three EP, the young team exceeds all expectations. Already the first track, 'Into The Jungle,' with almost 9 minutes of play time, captures the listener into a new dimension of breathless house tribalism. Bare witness to how Wood and Leicher stitch their percussive elements (voodoo priest-like) into the body of party puppet to make the will-less audience dance to the point of ecstasy. And now we all know: the Haitian jungle begins right behind the city limit of Frankfurt/Main: dark, atmospheric, sultry, full of vivid sounding dangers and the abstract hoots of LNZ serviles on the warpath. The second track 'No Way Back' is also phenomenous ritualistic, but more freewheeling due to the percussions and bouncing 808-kick completed by roomy reverbs and delays. Also, a demonic vocal sample makes clear: There's no way back to the safety of the base camp. The final EP track 'I Feel The Night' is masterpiece of housy minimalism with brilliant plucking bass sounds and sunny Latin American impetus."
