Alden Hellmuth is a saxophonist, improviser, and composer "out of the ordinary" and currently based in New York. Her newest project Tether propels a two-bass acoustic jazz quartet into thrilling new low-end territory. With two of LA's most wildly inventive and radical bass players, Logan Kane and Miller Wrenn, and acclaimed drummer Justin Brown delivering a landmark performance, this band truly goes beyond the guard rails.
