RELEASE DATE
11/6/2012
Having started life as
The Emeralds
in the mid-'60s, this pop band recorded their debut LP in 1967 and gigged with contemporary stars including
Pink Floyd
. Following revisions to their line-up, their second album was taped late in 1970 and appeared the following summer. Produced by
Lou Reizner
(who also worked with
Eyes Of Blue
,
Rod Stewart
,
Buddy Miles
,
The Who
and many others), it's a classy collection of ambitious pop that makes its long-awaited CD debut here. Digitally remastered.
