"Schimpfluch Commune Int. is an aktionist group formed in Zurich, Switzerland in 1987, focusing on psycho-acoustic exercises for audiences and recording. Comprised of Dave Phillips (ex Fear of God), Joke Lanz (aka Sudden Infant) & Rudolf Eb.er (aka Runzelstirn & Gurgelstock) this super group of sorts, has been creating the most challenging music and performances for over two decades. This CD is excerpted from the Schimpfluch Commune Int. 20th Anniversary box set (Nihil 50) released in an edition of a mere 100 copies, which sold out before its release date in pre-orders. It was later decided that this material needed to be made available to a larger audience, hence the Nihil 50.1 CD edition. The box set was a solo cassette of Joke Lanz and another by Dave Phillips. These were then remixed and reconstructed by Rudolf Eb.er as an accompanying CD to round out the release. This CD portion is what appears on the nihil 50.1 version in its entirety.
